Troubleshooting: If your device does not charge, check the following: 1. Charger Fit: Ensure the charger fits your device. 2. Battery Condition: Your battery might be broken. Batteries have a limited service life. - Replacement: If your battery is more than 12 months old, or unused for 2-3 months, it may be dead. The charger LED will show green when the battery is fully charged and will not light up if the battery is dead. - Testing: Test the charger with another device or check the battery with another charger.
